Jumbie Anime Intro

Explanation:

The goal of this project was to create an intro theme song that encompassed the feeling and experience of what the creator wanted for his anime. It’s something we wanted to get right because it is the very thing that greets the audience into the anime. Working alongside a vocalist, we came up with a sound that had kind of large-ness of a trailer as well as the rhythm of the Caribbean.

Volvo Corporate Presentation

Explanation:

I received 3 of these video presentations from Volvo Caribbean. Each came with a different set of issues as the dialogue was recorded from afar. The main task was removing background noise as well as maintaining the proper levels for the speaker as to not distort the audio or disappear from the audio suddenly. After that was dealt with, it was just a matter of mixing and mastering the dialogue and the music track together.

Indie Album Production

Explanation:

The artist on these 3 sample tracks wanted to attempt a genre they had never done before. They came to me hoping I could help them write as well produce it. The challenges were mainly in the composition process, coming up with the different sections as well as getting them to flow into one another. From a technical side, the most difficult part of mixing was getting the album sounding like one project. In the end, the artist and I were happy with the outcome.
